Once we have received your online / electronic order we will reply with a pro-forma invoice & banking
details along with a delivery fee if goods need to be delivered. If you would like to collect the goods or send your own couriers please let us know.
Delivery will be made within 48/72 hours from receiving proof of payment. If goods are in stock and available. If goods are not in stock please see delivery
date on quote / pro-forma invoice or one of our sales member will advise further.
Box Shop has a in house delivery team of drivers. Our delivery team service selected area codes in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Our drivers are in certain areas
on selected days to help with our planning and to keep our valued customers happy. Please have a look on your quote / pro-forma invoice or tax invoice when your goods will be scheduled for
delivery. Please contact our sales team if you would like to find out if we service your area. If we don't service your area you are more than welcome to come visit us in-store or send your
own driver / couriers to collect.
Deliveries are done in the week from Mondays to Friday between 9am to 4:30pm. We unfortunately do not do any deliveries on Saturday or
Sundays.
Our delivery team try their best to insure they get to all their customers in the day. However we do have unforeseen situations from time to time. Some of the
unforced situations are as followed accidents on the road / road blocks / strikes / load shedding or our drivers getting held up at customers. Please note due to these challenges that are out
of our control we can not commit to a delivery time. Please also keep in mind our drivers have multiple stops in one day.
We do not deliver orders of less than R300.00 excluding delivery fee.
Payments need to clear in our account before goods will be released or picked for delivery or collection. NO goods will be released on a proof of payment
document. Immediate payment welcome to avoid any delays on collections or delivery processes.
No cash will be accepted on delivery. Payments are strictly EFT.
Once payment has been received and cleared goods will be picked and packed for collection or delivery.
Residential delivery requirements: Our delivery personal is not permitted under any circumstance to enter
your home or any non-common / public areas receiving of goods will be made at the front door.
Industrial and commercial area delivery requirements: You or your representative will be required to meet our delivery personal in your lobby
or reception area on receiving of goods. If you are above ground floor you will be requested to receive the goods on the ground
floor.
Return and refunds policy: We do not refund goods however we do exchange if goods are still in a
good resalable condition. If goods need to be collected for exchange a handling fee will be charged accordingly. Special ordered in goods or manufactured goods are not refundable or
exchangeable depending on goods ordered. It is the client’s responsibility to order the correct items. If goods are damaged
they will NOT be accepted back for exchange. Goods not returnable after 7 days.Price subject to change without notice.
